5. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
• Projects cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to full or partial charges.
• OneHype holds the right to cancel bookings that violate safety, ethics, or legal requirements.

6. Content Usage Rights

• Brands and clients may use produced images, videos, or AI-created content only as per the agreed usage rights (duration, region, platform).
• Extended usage requires additional fees.
• All AI-generated photos, videos, or digital assets created by OneHype remain the copyright of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Liability & Conduct

• OneHype is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect information provided by clients or talent.
• We are not liable for technical failures, third-party services, or factors beyond our control.
• Talent and clients are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times.

• Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
• We do not share personal information without consent, unless required by law.
